Challenge

Aspiring to increase their visibility and grow into a $100 million company, MDC was looking to rebrand their company.

Strategy

Part of the rebranding process included designing and developing a new corporate website. The MOSAIC Creative and Marketing Teams interviewed all department heads and significant stakeholders regarding MDC’s future vision and needs. The rebranding process included a logo, tagline, content development, and design of a new corporate website. In addition, a significant portion of the website and messaging strategy was spent on attracting and recruiting the best and brightest candidates in certain industries and retaining them for multiple contracts.

Outcome

The redesign of the MDC website provided our clients with a clean, modern, and professional website that effectively presented who they are, their clients, and their areas of expertise. After 18 months of marketing and design support, MDC’s size and needs had grown beyond MOSAIC’s bandwidth, so MDC was transitioned to a larger agency. In a bittersweet sense, that is a big success, and we are proud that they needed to move on. However, after more than a year, MOSAIC’s branding, designs, and social media efforts have stayed intact.
