Challenge

Comcast Corporation is the largest cable TV company and home Internet service provider in the United States. Their Beltway Region turned to MOSAIC to refresh and energize their monthly communication outreach to Leasing Agent partners. Located in 2,500 apartment complexes throughout the DMV, these Leasing Agents are a key part of Comcast’s consumer sales funnel.

Solution

MOSAIC’s solution was to create an upscale, subscription-style box mailer, beautifully executed from top to bottom, telling a story throughout the reveal. An elegantly printed exterior opens up to messaging that speaks directly to the leasing agent, telling them of the fun items that lie beneath. The monthly project entails multiple print methods, from digital to traditional offset and box printing. It also involves the conception, design, copywriting, sourcing branded merchandise, fulfillment, and mailing. All on a very precise schedule.

Conclusion

The campaign has been so successful Comcast has expanded it to several other departments and is looking to also utilize to other regions around the country.
