Challenge

MDC, a modest-sized company with the U.S. government as their largest client, had the goal of evolving into a $100 million enterprise. They turned to MOSAIC to develop a rebranding strategy that would enhance their digital presence and align their brand with their growth aspirations. MOSAIC’s approach included a deep dive into MDC’s values and mission, a logo redesign, and a revamped website to showcase their commitment to customized, innovative solutions and client satisfaction.

Strategy

Part of the rebranding process included designing and developing a new corporate website. The MOSAIC Creative and Marketing Teams interviewed all department heads and significant stakeholders regarding MDC’s future vision and needs. The rebranding process included a logo, tagline, content development, and design of a new corporate website. In addition, a significant portion of the website and messaging strategy was spent on attracting and recruiting the best and brightest candidates in certain industries and retaining them for multiple contracts.

Outcome

The redesign of the MDC website provided our clients with a clean, modern, and professional website that effectively presented who they are, their clients, and their areas of expertise. After 18 months of marketing and design support, MDC’s size and needs had grown beyond MOSAIC’s bandwidth, so MDC was transitioned to a larger agency. In a bittersweet sense, that is a big success, and we are proud that they needed to move on. However, after more than a year, MOSAIC’s branding, designs, and social media efforts have stayed intact.
