Challenge
The PepsiCo Central Division through DDA Communications charged MOSAIC with coordinating, producing and delivering a “Thank You” box to hundreds of employees throughout the Midwest.
The first challenge was collecting all of the names, addresses and sizes (S-XXXL) from every individual into a central database. The second challenge was coordinating the box size, design, printing, branded deliverables, fulfillment and shipping, all to meet a specific event date
Solution
Complex, but seemingly simple to the end users, MOSAIC’s creative and marketing teams created an email campaign and landing page to collect the user data. Our internal promo team then worked closely with all promo vendors to coordinate the deliverables. Then our internal fulfillment and mailing departments tackled the delivery of the boxes.
Conclusion
In the end, the delivery was on time, on budget and the clients were happy. The fact that MOSAIC coordinated and executed this complex project all under one roof was key to its success.
