Denise Willard develops holistic marketing and outreach programs to solve business challenges.

Having started her career as a software developer, Denise possesses a rare combination of right- and left-brained talents. She excels at strategizing marketing solutions that increase brand awareness, generate revenue, and nurture customer relationships. Denise’s multi-channel digital and traditional marketing expertise, as well as her vast professional experience, supports her holistic approach in leading the MOSAIC marketing team to deliver high-impact marketing programs.

Denise not only measures success by her professional achievements, but also by working to positively affect the “greater good”. She has previously worked as a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA) for abused and neglected children and has been an English as a Second Language (ESL) Tutor. Currently, she is a member of the National Communications Team for a large-scale human rights movement and is the Director of Marketing, Branding, and Giving for a DC-based animal rescue organization.

Denise received dual undergraduate degrees in Marketing and Management of Information Systems from the University of Virginia, and her MBA through Georgetown University’s International Executive MBA Program. When she isn’t working, Denise shares her knowledge with MBA students as an Adjunct Professor at BAU International University in Washington, DC.
