As Client Services Manager, Lisa’s role is to instill a client “focused” approach in all that we do. Her goal is to ensure that the team delivers a consistently positive client experience through ongoing communication with our clients, our sales team, and our manufacturing professionals.
Lisa has 35 years of experience in the print communications industry. With 22 years of sales experience and 13 years of customer service and manufacturing management experience, Lisa can view challenges from all perspectives to arrive at a universal solution. She loves to use her experience to guide projects from their inception to their completion. Even more, she enjoys sharing what she has learned with others so that they too can instill confidence that each project we produce will meet our client’s definition of success.
